Theodore is the doorway to The Banana Shire's, 'Pioneers Ghost Trail'!



Theodore is a neat little village with spectacular palm-lined roads and the perfect place to start on the Ghost Trail.

The Lonesome Creek Bridge is nearby, where water lillies are usually in abundance, ask the locals at the Local, they have heaps of stories to tell and can direct you to all the places worthwhile visiting.

The Ghost Trail include such places as the old power station Museum, Malakoff Range, Isla Gorge National Park and the Ghost town of Cracow all waiting to be re discovered.

There is plenty of accommodation available including Hotel, Motel and Caravan Park facilities and a great picnic area.
